TESTING

SBFSC will host in-person test sessions several times throughout the year and virtual test sessions monthly. Details for for each format of testing is on the appropriate test web page.

  • Test sessions are open to SBFSC members and non-members.
  • Test sessions are discounted for members of Silver Blades and other Midwest Figure Skating Council member clubs.  
  • Any skater wishing to test must be a member in good standing with SBFSC – unpaid test fees, club ice charges, etc can affect your status.
  • Make sure you have your coach’s permission before registering for a test session.
  • SBFSC skaters requesting permission to test at a test session not sponsored by SBFSC must make that request at least seven (7) days prior to the test. It is the skater’s responsibility to contact the Test Chair  Sharon Brilliantine for this permission.
  • SBFSC will purchase gold medals for any Home Club members who passes Senior MIF, Senior FS, Senior Pairs, or Gold Dance tests.
